Normally this would have been completed about a month ago being that the final documents were sent to UPS in mid March. UPS is a very large company and time can be extended due to much information being entered between different departments and if there is a problem it does seem to take them a long time to come to a resolution. Every step in UPS procedure is slated for an 8-10 business day response per procedure. In regards to the shipment some of the steps were repeated and each time they tell you 8-10 business days.
